Adobe Design Achievement Award: Semi-Finalist

I've made it... Well... not quite, but I'm a semi-finalist in the Annual Adobe Design Achievement Awards. I managed to make it to the top 100 finalists in the digital illustration category. Here's a bit of information about the awards if you don't happen to know already:

Adobe Design Awards:

Finalists are flown to San Francisco to meet at the Awards and are invited to tour many premier design studios around town.

Prizes

• First-place individual winners will receive US$5,000, airfare and hotel accommodations in San Francisco, a total of seven Adobe or Macromedia software products of their choice, and more.
• Other individual finalists and the designated leaders of groups that are finalists will receive airfare and hotel accommodations in San Francisco, software, and more.

I was informed about the advancement after recieving an email from ADAA which landed up in my junk mail (where all my important mail goes....). So I guess it's by chance that I was able to print, mount, and snail-mail it out to Adobe before the deadline. phew!
